Pack Shipping & Live Break Policy

Packs can be shipped sealed or opened live on stream.

Sealed Shipping: If you’d like your packs shipped sealed, please reach out and let us know.

Live Breaks: If you’d like your packs opened live, please let us know in advance if you’d like the bulk (common/uncommon cards).

If bulk is requested, all cards will be shipped.

If not, only the hits will be shipped and bulk will be kept.

Shipping Reminder

Please remember to purchase the shipping option when you’re ready to have your bag shipped. All cards will be held until shipping is paid under your account.

Lost Package Policy

Once a package has been shipped and dropped off, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package appears to be lost in transit, the first step is to contact your local post office or shipping provider to initiate a search or file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist where possible.

Orders & Preorder Policies

Preorder cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No refunds will be issued on any orders.
