Pack Shipping & Live Break Policy

Packs may be shipped sealed or opened live on stream.

Sealed Shipping

If you would like your packs shipped sealed, please contact us and notify us prior to the break.

Live Breaks

If you choose to have your packs opened live, please let us know in advance whether you would like the bulk (common/uncommon cards).

If bulk is requested, all cards will be shipped.

If bulk is not requested, only hits will be shipped, and bulk will be retained.

30-Day Storage Policy

Items left in our possession for more than 30 days will not be held. After 30 days, they may be resold unless prior arrangements have been made directly with us.

If you need extended storage, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Lost Package Policy

Once an order has been shipped and dropped off with the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

If a package appears lost or delayed in transit, the customer must contact their local post office or shipping carrier to initiate a search or file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed to the carrier, but we will assist where reasonably possible.

Order Cancellation Policy (All Orders)

All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

No refunds will be issued on any orders.

Preorder & Wave 2 Policy

Preorders

Preorder cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Wave 2 Inventory

Wave 2 products typically ship approximately 30 days after the official release date.

Wave 2 cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally.

Customers are fully responsible for:

Customs duties

Import taxes or tariffs imposed by their country

Any customs fees, duties, or tariffs are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer prior to delivery.
