Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

When a cancellation is permitted, applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund in accordance with the policy disclosed on the TruchaPokeShop website and/or applicable product listing at the time of purchase.

For applicable standard preorder cancellations, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or a shipping label has been created, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

WAVE 2 PREORDERS

Wave 2 products are preorder inventory expected to arrive after the initial release allocation. Wave 2 inventory may typically arrive approximately 3–4 weeks after the initial release date, but arrival dates are estimates and may change based on distributor or manufacturer availability.

Customers purchasing Wave 2 products should understand that these products are not expected to ship with the initial release wave.

For Wave 2 orders subject to the policy stated on the applicable product listing, cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the expected Wave 2 fulfillment timeframe before placing your order.
