Shipping Policy

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping is not included in the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing.

Once your order is ready for shipment, TruchaPokeShop will obtain the actual packaged weight and dimensions of your order. This allows us to calculate the appropriate shipping cost based on the final package rather than providing an estimated charge in advance.

Once the final shipping cost has been determined, a shipping invoice will be sent to you for payment. Your order will be held until the required shipping invoice has been paid in full.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping as well as any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are separate from your TruchaPokeShop purchase and may vary depending on your country.

As with domestic orders, we will send your shipping invoice once we have the actual packaged weight and dimensions of your order. International orders will not be dispatched until the required shipping payment has been received.
